Drives analytics and sales reporting at the executive level; conducts ad hoc analysis for management, executive management and/or business units.
Responsibilities (Principal Duties and Responsibilities)
Develops the appropriate analytic framework/structure; understands and gathers data required to perform analysis; conveys the analysis, interprets results, and draws appropriate conclusions; provides report-outs of analysis and conclusions to management
Assists Sales Operations leadership with data management, BI, reporting and analytics systems for all sales channels; reviews existing data systems and sources concerning future needs and benefits, and recommends improvements to ensure Aflac’s sales data needs are met.
Act as the primary owner for any metrics and reporting related to value added services and other activities on the Everwell enrollment platform.
Work with IT and the enrollment transformation team to troubleshoot data integrity problems and prioritize solutions on the broader Everwell development road map.
Coordinate with external and internal business partners (Legal, Compliance, Contest Admin, and IT to iterate through different stages of development, finalizing requirements and providing sign-off for design/user experience decisions.
Work with Change Management, Sales Leadership, and Field Communication to implement a roll out strategy, ensuring broad field adoption from the outset.
Qualifications (Education & Experience and Job Knowledge & Skills)
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field and six to eight years of professional job-related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Solid knowledge or the ability to rapidly acquire in-depth knowledge of Aflac’s organizational, functional, and operational structures in business units served.
